Upon placing an order on the website and checking out, your card is charged. You should receive a confirmation email. At that point, we observe the order and pack it. Once your shipping label is made, the tracking number is automatically sent to you when we complete the whole order.
Please note that if your order is of an amount that is over $300, we at the Greatest Shop Ever will require more information to verify that the purchase is secure against potentially fraudulent activity. For more information about our authorization process please go here!
We drop our packages at FedEx and USPS by 4:30pm(CST). Exceptions cannot be made as a result of last pick up for USPS being at 5:30pm(CST). Once this time passes, your order will be sent the following day. If authorization is needed, we ask that you send that over before 3:00pm(CST) to give us time to package it before delivery time. And here is a map to give you an idea on how long FedEx takes to deliver your package.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The state of Missouri is excluded from our shipping list, however we do offer solutions for Missouri residents upon request.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
